Goodbye seems to be the hardest word,
Especially if you don’t get to say it.
I try and remember the last time,
I talked to you Sid.

I think I was a bit a rude,
Snobbish even, to you,
You took it in your stride,
I wish I could be so cool.

Here’s a final goodbye,

Hope you rest in peace buddy,
Hope you weren’t alone in the end.
